Yvan Muller en pole au Circuit Paul Ricard - Citroën WTCC 2014

Grande fête du sport automobile, la manche française du WTCC avait débuté de la meilleure des manières pour Citroën, qui plaçait ses trois C-Elysée WTCC en tête des qualifications. A l'issue des vérifications, les temps de Seb Loeb et Pechito López étaient annulés à cause du non-fonctionnement d'une vanne de coupure de carburant. Après avoir réalisé le troisième chrono des qualifications, Yvan Muller prendra le départ de la première course en pole position. Au cours de la journée, l'équipe Citroën Racing a reçu la visite de S.A.S. le Prince Albert II de Monaco.

The French round of the FIA WTCC, a real festival of motorsport, had got off to the best possible start for Citroën Racing, with its three C-Elysée WTCCs claiming the top three spots in qualifying. However, Sébastien Loeb and José-María López saw their times cancelled after scrutineering, due to faulty fuel shut-off valves. Third-fastest qualifier Yvan Muller will therefore start the first race in pole position. During the day, the Citroën Racing team also received a visit from His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco.
