José-Maria Lopez décroche la pole position au Moscow Raceway - Citroën WTCC 2014

Leader du FIA WTCC depuis le début du championnat, José-María López a décroché sa seconde pole position de la saison sur le Moscow Raceway. Également qualifié dans le top 5 final, Sébastien Loeb a réalisé le quatrième chrono. Yvan Muller est sixième après avoir manqué d’un souffle son accession en Q3. Pour sa première apparition en FIA WTCC, Ma Qing Hua a progressé tout au long de la journée. Neuvième des qualifications, le Chinois prendra le départ de la course 2 depuis la première ligne.

José-María López, who has led the FIA WTCC standings all season, picked up his second pole position of the year at the Moscow Raceway. Sébastien Loeb also made it into the top 5, clocking the fourth-fastest time. Yvan Muller, meanwhile, will start race 1 from sixth on the grid after narrowly missing out on a place in Q3. In his first FIA WTCC outing, Ma Qing Hua kept improving throughout the day. After recording the ninth-fastest time in qualifying, the Chinese driver will start race 2 from the front row of the grid.
